House Rules for a Pleasant & Undisturbed Stay

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests, please observe the following rules. By booking and occupying the accommodation, guests agree to abide by these House Rules.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in: 16:00 – 19:00 Check-out: by 10:00

Quiet Hours

Please observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.

No Smoking Policy

Strictly forbidden indoors! Permitted outdoors only.

I. Check-in, Check-out & Keys

  • Accommodation units are available from 16:00 to 19:00 on the day of arrival. Please inform us in advance if you anticipate arriving outside these hours.
  • On the departure day, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to prior request and room availability.
  • Please return room keys to the designated location upon departure. Guests are liable for the cost of replacement for lost keys.

II. Quiet Hours & Community Conduct

  • For the comfort of all guests and neighbors, please refrain from loud noises and loud music between 22:00 and 08:00.
  • Parties, stag/hen parties, and noisy events are strictly prohibited on the premises.
  • Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the accommodation units overnight.

III. Smoking Policy & Fire Safety

  • Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in all indoor areas (rooms, bathrooms, hallways).
  • Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area in the courtyard, using the provided ashtrays.
  • Candles, incense, open flames, and personal electric heaters are strictly forbidden in the rooms.

IV. Care of Property & Cleanliness

  • Please treat all furniture, fixtures, and appliances with care and use them as intended.
  • Please maintain cleanliness in the rooms and bathrooms throughout your stay.
  • Taking any textiles, towels, or furnishings outside the accommodation premises is prohibited.

V. Parking & Security

  • Free parking is available for guests on the street directly in front of the building.
  • When leaving the property, please ensure room doors and windows are closed, and lights and air conditioning are turned off.
  • The management is not liable for valuables left unattended in the accommodation.

VI. Pet Policy

  • Small pets (max 20 kg) are allowed only upon prior consultation and for an additional surcharge.
  • Pets must not be left unattended in the room, and owners must ensure cleanliness at all times.

VII. Damage & Liability

  • Guests are fully liable for any damages caused to the property or fixtures through negligence or intent, payable on-site.
  • In the event of severe or repeated violations of the House Rules, the operator reserves the right to terminate the stay immediately.
